I found this guy (I think it’s a male anyway) on the road in Richard Bong S.R.A. I tried a couple different finishing options for these two photos* and I really can’t say I like one more than the other. Neither one is a good photo of a turtle, but I like how just a narrow band of light is shining over his left claw to light up his eye.

This one accentuates all the textures in his skin, but you kinda loose the turtle to the texture. It doesn’t help that most of his face is in shadow.
*They are two different photos, but neither the turtle or I moved around much.
